Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Deonte's Gateway Cleaning. Deonte is an Independent Kirby Dealer. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect when you ask for a free floor cleaning, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It applies to www.deontesgatewaycleaning.com and to the text messages we send.

What we collect

• What you type into a form: your name, mobile number, email if you give one, street address, city, zip code, the floor you want cleaned, your home type, preferred days and times, and any notes.
• Consent details: the date and time you checked a consent box, the IP address it came from, and your browser type, so we can prove you asked us to contact you.
• How you found us: a short code on the link you used, for example from a flyer or a neighborhood post. It tells us which flyer worked. It doesn't identify you.
• Site analytics: page views and general device and country information from Vercel Analytics. No cookies that follow you around the web.

What we use it for

• Scheduling and confirming your free cleaning, and reminding you before the visit.
• Routing your request to the right window on Deonte's calendar.
• Keeping a record of the visit and its outcome.
• Improving the site and the booking flow.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising to you.

Text messages

If you check the box that says “Text me to confirm and remind me about my appointment,” we will send you transactional texts about your booking: a confirmation, a reminder the day before, and any reschedule or cancellation notice. Message frequency varies with your appointment; typically two to four messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your consent to receive text messages is never sold, rented, or shared.

Who sees your information

• Deonte, who performs the cleaning, sees your name, contact details, address, and request.
• Hearth & Hammer, the studio that runs this site and its scheduling system on Deonte's behalf, processes it to do the things above.
• Service providers that host the site and send messages on our behalf: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Airtable (scheduling records), Resend (email), and Twilio (text messages). They process it only to provide those services.
• A partner dealer, only if you separately check the box that says “If Deonte can't reach my area, you may pass my request to a partner dealer near me.” That box is optional and off by default. If you check it and we pass your request along, we share your name, contact details, address, and what you asked for, and nothing else. This is the only case in which your request goes to anyone outside the people above.

Your choices

• Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
• Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@hearthandhammer.ai and we'll respond within 30 days.
• If you are a California resident, you also have the right to ask us not to sell or share your personal information. We don't sell it. If you checked the partner-dealer box, you can withdraw that at any time by emailing the address above.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to schedule and complete your visit and to keep accurate business records, generally up to three years. Consent records are kept as long as required to show you asked us to contact you. You can ask for deletion sooner.

Children

This site is for adults booking a service at their home. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes and contact
