SMS Terms and Conditions

Program name: Deonte's Gateway Cleaning appointment texts.

What you'll get: transactional messages about a free floor cleaning you requested: a booking confirmation, a reminder the day before, and reschedule or cancellation notices. We do not send marketing texts.

How you opt in: by checking the box on our booking or waitlist form that reads “Text me to confirm and remind me about my appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime.” The box is unchecked until you check it. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of getting the free cleaning; you can also book by phone.

Message frequency: varies with your appointment. Typically two to four messages per booking.

Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We don't charge for texts.

To stop: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one final text confirming you're opted out, and nothing more. To start again, reply START.
